JOB TITLE: Enablement Manager, Dental

LOCATION: Anywhere in Texas/ Florida

REPORTS TO: Regional Operations Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a world-class Enablement Manager to join Sunbit's fast growing Dental vertical. You will be responsible for training new dental practices on how to use our patient financing product, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients are fully equipped to utilize our financing solutions effectively. You will be the primary point of contact for new dental practices, guiding them through the onboarding process and providing comprehensive training to ensure they can maximize the benefits of our product in Texas.

This is an opportunity for a motivated, customer-centric, and data-driven individual to work with our dental partners who have implemented Sunbit's technology in their practices.

The role requires 75% travel, both in-state and out-of-state.
Requirements

What You'll Own:
  • Manage the onboarding process for new dental practices.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and initial setup tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Deliver in-person training sessions on Sunbit's patient financing options.
  • Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of each dental practice.
  • Ensure training sessions are interactive, informative, and engaging.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the patient financing product and any updates or changes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, answering any questions and addressing concerns from dental practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the dental practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and product utilization.
  • Gather feedback from dental practices to continuously identify areas for improvement in the product and training materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, client interactions, and progress (Sales Force).
  • Provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and client satisfaction.


What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related fields are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or training roles.
  • Experience in the dental industry or with patient financing products is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
