Step into a high-impact, hands-on role as our Enablement Lead, Business Development, where you will be the dedicated strategic partner responsible for elevating the performance and productivity of our global BDR and SDR teams! You will own the full enablement lifecycle, transforming how we onboard, train, and develop top-tier sales talent from day one through continuous content mastery. Sitting at the exciting intersection of Marketing, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations, you will build the foundational skills our reps need to dominate the market. The Day-to-Day
  • Architect the Future: Design, own, and execute a best-in-class 30/60/90-day onboarding program that quickly accelerates new BDRs to full productivity.
  • Command the Classroom: Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions covering cold calling, prospecting strategies, objection handling, discovery techniques, and mastery of our tech stack (including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator).
  • Drive the Coaching Culture: Partner with BDR Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to identify skill gaps, facilitating targeted workshops and coaching sessions that drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Curate the Arsenal: Organize and maintain a centralized content repository packed with tailored sales playbooks, scripts, email templates, and battle cards to meet the BDR team's exact needs.
  • Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with Product Marketing to seamlessly translate technical product releases, competitive intelligence, and marketing initiatives into easy-to-digest, actionable sales content.
  • Measure the Magic: Establish clear enablement success metrics (like ramp time, conversion rates, and content usage) and analyze performance data in partnership with Revenue Operations to prove program impact and guide future investments.
  • Champion Readiness: Administer the BDR certification program, ensuring consistent skill application before reps are eligible for promotion.

  • Enablement Expert: You bring 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a similar training and development role, with a strong, dedicated focus on the Business Development/SDR function.

  • Prospecting Pro: You have a deep understanding of the BDR motion, modern prospecting techniques, and the absolute best practices for high-velocity pipeline generation.
