The Adventure Ahead

As the Manager of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will lead a talented team of engineers dedicated to safeguarding the operational health and resilience of the Docebo platform. This is a high-impact, transformative mission where you will blend people management, process design, and technical execution to champion a highly observable and efficient ecosystem. By guiding this team, you will actively evolve our legacy Cloud Operations & Support function into a modern, world-class SRE capability. Your leadership will directly influence our platform's scalability, ensuring millions of global users experience uninterrupted learning every single day.

The Day-to-Day
  • Empower and Cultivate: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of SREs, taking ownership of hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and continuous performance management.
  • Inspire the Culture: Foster a vibrant team environment built on high ownership, continuous technical learning, and relentless optimization.
  • Command the Response: Own your team's execution across incident response, on-call schedules, and day-to-day production operations.
  • Champion Post-Mortems: Ensure high-quality post-incident reviews are conducted, turning operational hurdles into valuable long-term corrective actions.
  • Engineer the Framework: Implement and mature core SRE processes and supporting systems, focusing heavily on incident, change, capacity, and problem management.
  • Optimize the Workflow: Continuously refine engineering workflows to boost day-to-day efficiency and aggressively reduce operational risk.
  • Bridge the Business: Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support leadership to integrate reliable SRE practices into early planning and product delivery cycles.
  • Govern with Data: Track, analyze, and report on key reliability and operational KPIs, using data-driven insights to guide your team's priorities.


Your Superpowers
  • Proven Experience: Bring 6 to 10 years of deep experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems operations, including experience leading and growing engineering talent.
  • Incident Commander: Solid, hands-on experience managing or coordinating critical incident responses and zero-downtime production operations within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Cloud & Tools Fluency: Strong familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS is highly preferred), alongside an understanding of advanced monitoring/observability tooling and software development ticketing ecosystems.
  • Collaborative Champion: A demonstrated track record of delivering brilliant results through engineering teams while partnering effortlessly with cross-functional stakeholders.
