Full Job Description
Scopely is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join our growing Employee Relations (ER) team. This is a foundational, early-career role designed for someone with a strong operational mindset, basic HR/ER knowledge, and a desire to grow into a more strategic ER partner over time. By owning key operational and compliance workflows, you'll enable senior ER partners to focus on high-impact strategic work-while building the foundation to grow into that work yourself.
What You Will Do
  • Partner with ER, Employment Law, People Operations, and other stakeholders on company-wide policy, training and employment-related compliance
  • Track and manage global employment compliance requirements across all countries where Scopely operates, including legally required trainings, labor law postings and government reporting obligations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of compliance initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to schedule required trainings, track attendance and completion, and maintain clean and auditable records
  • Support the rollout and scaling of training programs across regions
  • Collaborate with People Technology to support Workday Learning integration and adoption
  • Standardize and maintain key employee documentation, including, offer letters, employment contracts, policies, etc.
  • Manage and triage employee concerns raised through various company channels
  • Support documentation and tracking of ER-related matters
What We're Looking For

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
