- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical codes, and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant installations
- Perform service calls and emergency repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures
- Accurately document work performed using ServiceTitan software
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions clearly with homeowners
- Recommend products and services that improve electrical performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
What You'll Bring:- 2+ years of residential electrical experience
- Electrical sales experience is a strong plus
- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Professional appearance and pride in your workmanship
- Ability to lift equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
