This is an opportunity to work on projects that matter-designing infrastructure that supports real people in real communities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in power, telecommunications, and control systems including SCADA systems and a passion for making things better. Candidates with RCDD certification are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:
  • Design and implement electrical systems for Federal, municipal, and industrial projects
  • Lead project phases from concept through construction
  • Mentor junior engineers and delegate technical work
  • Conduct inspections and field visits
  • Coordinate across disciplines and with external stakeholders
  • Stay on top of codes, standards, and best practices for Arctic and rural conditions

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • RCDD certification preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with:
    • Lighting and facility controls
    • Telecommunication
    • Power generation/distribution
    • Pumping systems and industrial controls
    • Water/wastewater, lighting, telecom, and controls
    • UFC/USGS standards, Arctic design, and hazardous locations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; REVIT required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for field work
