Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Perform standard engineering assignments typically in areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, preparation of specifications, execution of field tasks, resolution of field problems, and resolution of quality events.
Develop awareness of government regulations, organization, industry and customer engineering standards with support of senior staff.
Under a mentor's guidance, evaluate, select and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgement in making minor adaptations and modifications.
Preferred Skills
Design and maintenance of nuclear fuel fabrication plant manufacturing equipment
Design/program industrial PLCs - specifically Allen-Bradley, but doesn't have to be exclusive.
Oversee field work including new installations, integration into existing systems, and troubleshooting as required.
Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards
Consults with engineering staff and technicians/craft to ensure compliance with design specifications and plant or industry standards.
Apply advanced techniques in CAD and incorporate standard design applications.
Start up, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of process and production equipment and associated facilities and support systems.
Support of 24/7 fuel manufacturing facility in engineering projects and maintenance.

Salary: $86,000 - $91,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
