Discover your exciting roleThe Electrical Engineer works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, contributing to the electrical design process and conducting detailed analyses of electrical systems, equipment, and packaging.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities- Working knowledge of low-noise, mixed signal design desired
- Perform Electrical Engineering design and analysis
- Identify problems and propose operational solutions to complex projects and tasks
- Document product designs and ensure release of accurate designs to manufacturing
- Communicate nature and status of work performed to appropriate management
- Assist mechanical and process engineers in the selection and qualification of new or replacement components
- Input drawings and design packages into PLM system and release via ECO process
- Conduct design reviews and post-mordem analysis of designs
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved practices of the company
- Manage projects with minimal guidance
- Other duties as assigned
Show your expertise- BSEE or equivalent work experience or combination of education and experience required
- 1-3 years of engineering or related work experience required
- AutoCAD (required) and Solidworks (preferred) or other design package experience
- Microsoft Office Suite, Exceptional Excel skills mandatory
- Knowledge of design process, ability to apply comprehensive knowledge of engineering concepts, theories, practices, and procedures
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers
- Ability to exercise discretion and good independent judgment in all duties and responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, bend, and lift up to 25lbs.
