- 8 years of experience in full lifecycle management, including managing projects from initiation to completion, conducting technical design reviews, and handing over to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) operations.
Preferred qualifications: - Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

About the jobAs the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Special Projects Program Manager (PgM), you will be a high-impact, strategic leader responsible for directing critical, non-routine safety initiatives across complex and dynamic environments. Unlike traditional, site-level safety operations, this role focuses on translating high-stakes ambiguity into standardized global frameworks, supporting next-generation infrastructure, and managing large-scale organizational change. Acting as a central subject matter expert and cross-functional bridge, the PgM advocates a culture of zero harm by integrating proactive safety design, robust risk mitigation, and strong vendor governance into the core of the business's product and infrastructure roadmaps.

Responsibilities - Identify special site-level solutions and scale them into global business unit procedures (BUPs) to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Lead organization through complex transitions for moving sites from construction to operational readiness.
- Perform specialized Job Risk Assessments (JRAs) for non-standard equipment and high-risk activities like energized electrical work (EEW) or confined space entry in new environments.
- Track and trend issues related to agreement performance and create scalable solutions.
- Serve as the primary EHS point of contact for ambiguous projects where no clear precedent exists, defining the path forward for "Zero Harm."
