Full Job Description
EHS and Quality Manager

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Local Quality Manager to lead and support Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Security (QSHE) initiatives within our Dallas location. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations while driving continuous improvement across quality, safety, environmental, and security programs.

How you create impact

  • Lead and maintain compliance with quality, GxP, QSHE, and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements across the branch.
  • Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs, including root cause analysis, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee document control, training records, supplier compliance, calibration programs, and other quality management system requirements.
  • Coordinate internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions, and certification activities to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
  • Lead safety and health initiatives, including employee training, workplace inspections, incident investigations, OSHA reporting, and emergency preparedness programs.
  • Support environmental management efforts by implementing sustainability initiatives, maintaining environmental compliance programs, and monitoring progress toward company objectives.
  • Manage site security programs, including facility access controls, visitor protocols, security incident reporting, and compliance with corporate security standards.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Environmental Health & Safety, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality, compliance, QSHE, or operational excellence roles.
  • 3+ years of experience managing quality systems, regulatory compliance programs, audits, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within logistics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
  • Working knowledge of GxP requirements, document control, supplier management, root cause analysis, and quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar certifications.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting quality, safety, health, environmental, or security programs, including incident investigations, OSHA compliance, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.
