DescriptionJoin the UCLA Department of Radiology, a nationally recognized leader in academic medicine, imaging innovation, research, and education. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for a diverse portfolio of educational programs, including residency and fellowship training, medical student education, continuing education programs, and workforce development initiatives. The incumbent partners closely with faculty, program directors, and institutional stakeholders to ensure program excellence, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional educational experience for learners at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and long-term planning for Radiology education programs, including GME, CME, CE, medical student, and pipeline programs.
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to education coordinators, ensuring compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and institutional requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance program quality, operational efficiency, learner experience, and educational outcomes.
- Serve as a key liaison with faculty, trainees, the Graduate Medical Education Office, Dean's Office, Medical Staff Office, and other UCLA partners.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ACGME and other applicable accreditation and regulatory standards.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, program assessments, and special projects that support departmental educational goals.
- Foster collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, and institutional stakeholders to support a culture of educational excellence.
Salary: $7,408.33- $15,858.33 monthly
