Full Job Description

The Work:


As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support the end-to-end sales process for standardized cyber security solutions for mid-market clients in the United States, from initial needs assessment through deal closure. You will collaborate with Mid-Market Account Success Management to support a smooth transition to delivery and client onboarding.

This is a digital-first sales role. You will identify and progress opportunities through digital and social channels, including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, AI and generative AI tools. You will also coordinate with marketing teams to develop points of view, support multi-client campaigns and maintain a disciplined commercial pipeline.


  • Drive digital sales and opportunity identification: Identify and progress cyber security sales opportunities through digital and social channels, building a consistent pipeline of standardized solution opportunities across the U.S. mid-market.
  • Support end-to-end sales of standardized solutions: Own the sales process for straightforward, well-defined cyber security solutions, from initial needs assessment and solution positioning through commercial negotiation and deal closure.
  • Coordinate across marketing channels: Partner with marketing and campaign teams to create and share cyber security points of view, execute multi-client outreach and deliver consistent messaging to U.S. mid-market audiences.
  • Create client-facing content: Support the development of insight-led points of view, campaign content and client-facing collateral in partnership with cyber security subject matter experts and marketing teams.
  • Manage client contacts and communications: Maintain accurate records of client contacts, interaction history and pipeline status in Salesforce or an equivalent CRM, while ensuring timely and professional communications throughout the sales cycle.
  • Leverage AI and generative AI: Use AI-enabled tools to source opportunities, personalize outreach, accelerate research and progress opportunities efficiently.
  • Enable a smooth transition to delivery: Collaborate with Mid-Market Account Success Management to ensure a well-documented handoff from sale to onboarding.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and reporting: Own the accuracy of pipeline data, contact records and sales activity logs. Provide clear reporting on pipeline status, campaign performance and conversion metrics.

Travel may be required for role. 0-80% depending on client and business needs.


Here’s What You’ll Need:


  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, digital sales or demand generation for technology, cloud or cyber security, with experience supporting standardized solutions from initial contact through close. Including hands-on experience with digital selling and social channels, including LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, and practical use of AI or generative AI tools to source, research and progress opportunities.
  • 3+ years strong CRM discipline, including maintaining accurate contact records, pipeline data and activity logs in Salesforce or an equivalent platform. 3+ years selling experience of contract value for $2 mn.
  • 3+  years engaging with potential clients and clearly articulating a value proposition.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate's degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience).

Bonus Points If You Have:


  • Experience planning, executing and evaluating marketing or demand-generation campaigns.
  • Experience developing client-facing collateral that supports engagement and pipeline creation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, pipeline analytics or reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Previous quota-carrying or lead-qualification experience in the mid-market segment.
  • A relevant CRM, digital marketing or sales technology certification, such as a Salesforce certification or equivalent.
  • A technical background or a strong aptitude for understanding cloud technologies (e.g., DevOps, Data, AI)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
