OverviewWhen engineers run into a challenging design or simulation problem, they need someone who can understand their workflow and help them find a way forward. As an EDA Customer Success Application Engineer, you'll work directly with customers using Keysight's electronic design software, including Advanced Design System (ADS). You'll investigate technical questions, reproduce and troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with our R&D teams when a problem calls for a deeper solution. Your work will help customers make progress with the designs and technologies they're bringing to life.
We prefer candidates based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, but will also consider candidates in other approved U.S. locations within the Central or Mountain time zones. This helps the team support customers during their working hours.
