Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on strategic, technology, value-added, and university partnerships.
- Define partnership criteria, engagement frameworks, and selection strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive innovation, growth, and market leadership.
- Manage the tactical execution and ongoing success of key partnership initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, technology, value-added, and academic partners.
- Promote and enhance the visibility and impact of Keysight partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Align partnership activities with DES strategic priorities and the goals of individual DES business units.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities that support long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to cultivate and expand strategic partnerships.
- Provide strategic recommendations and leadership on partnership investments, priorities, and business outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize the value and effectiveness of partnership programs.
- Represent Keysight in high-level engagements with strategic partners and executive stakeholders.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, engineering, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and strategic outcomes.
• MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
• Experience operating in roles that combine technical expertise with business leadership responsibilities preferred.
The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range.
CA Pay range $138,960 - $231,600
