Job Description:

Ecommerce Marketplace Manager

The E-commerce Marketplace Manager will be responsible for managing Zep’s Marketplace businesses. The role is primarily focused on Amazon and Walmart. This position will report to the Director, Ecommerce in Atlanta, GA and will work closely with cross-functional ecommerce and marketing team members. Partial remote work is available, but the candidate must reside in the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities

  • Driving e-commerce sales through Marketplace channels to meet sales goals
  • Planning and executing pricing and fulfillment strategies within the marketplace channels
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key marketplace merchants and program managers
  • Contributing and collaborating with marketplace leaders in seller/vendor meetings
  • Seeking out and participating in seller programs that benefit our brand
  • Manage and execute product set ups for all marketplace channels
  • Executing Zep’s brand message across the marketplace landscape
  • Manage and optimize existing content across the marketplace websites to drive growth
  • Collaborate internally with the e-commerce, product management, marketing, supply chain, logistics, and customer service on go-to-market requirements
  • Drive marketplace sales reporting and work with internal teams to uncover and share insights
  • Support and lead marketplace online campaigns, marketing, and advertising programs
  • Analyzing data to ensure we are optimizing profits with marketplace channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
  • 3 - 5 years of experience of working directly in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Ads Management, and Digital Marketing Campaigns and Walmart Seller Center
  • Hands-on experience in navigating and managing seller and vendor portals with ease is required
  • Experience participating in marketplace seller programs on Amazon and/or Walmart
  • Strong analytical skills and an innate ability to interpret data, convert data into actionable insights, and develop insights into concise and compelling presentations and stories.
  • A keen interest in staying up to date on eCommerce topics, trends, technology, and solutions
  • Proficiency in optimizing online assortments and a willingness to learn the operational aspect of ecommerce
  • Excellent communication skills to diverse audiences including leadership, customers, strategic partners, etc.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) required
  • An entrepreneurial attitude, and willingness to embrace and drive change and to thrive in a highly changing and dynamic environment.
