Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement ECM solutions to support enterprise document and content management requirements.
- Develop and maintain workflows for document lifecycle management, including document capture, classification, storage, retrieval, retention, and archival.
- Configure, customize, and administer ECM platforms such as IBM FileNet, OpenText, SharePoint, and Documentum.
- Integrate ECM systems with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party platforms using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
- Automate business processes through workflow engines, business rules management systems, and process orchestration tools.
- Ensure adherence to organizational data governance policies, information security standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Perform content migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, metadata mapping, indexing, and validation.
- Develop and manage metadata models, taxonomy structures, and document classification frameworks.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize ECM solutions for scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, and integration issues and provide ongoing support, maintenance, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate document management needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct system testing, deployment, and release management activities to ensure solution quality and stability.
- Create technical documentation, system designs, operational procedures, and end-user support materials.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with one or more ECM platforms, including IBM FileNet, OpenText, Microsoft SharePoint, or Documentum.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation and business process management concepts.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, middleware, and database technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems.
- Understanding of content migration strategies, metadata management, indexing, and records management.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, access controls, data governance, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications- ECM platform certifications (FileNet, OpenText, SharePoint, or Documentum).
- Experience with cloud-based content management solutions such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, or OpenText Cloud.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled document processing, OCR, intelligent capture, and content analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
