Full Job Description
Your Impact

At Axon, our facilities are more than buildings - they are environments where teams innovate, collaborate, manufacture, and deliver mission-critical work. The East Coast Facilities Manager plays a key role in ensuring those spaces operate seamlessly, safely, and efficiently every day.
This role is ideal for a hands-on facilities leader who takes pride in operational excellence, customer service, and creating exceptional workplace experiences. You care deeply about the details, respond with urgency, and understand that great facilities management is ultimately about supporting people and enabling the business to perform at its best.
You are also highly collaborative in how you operate - someone who actively seeks alignment and buy-in from peers, partners, and leadership before driving major decisions or changes. You understand that successful facilities operations require strong cross-functional relationships, clear communication, and thoughtful coordination across stakeholders.
You will lead facilities operations across multiple East Coast locations, serving as a trusted partner to employees, site leaders, vendors, and stakeholders. Success in this role comes from strong execution, thoughtful communication, and the ability to balance day-to-day operational needs with long-term planning.
