• Expand the ESMAP Foundations team's efforts to develop knowledge products, analytical tools and action-oriented resources around maximizing socio-economic benefits and just transition, also meeting demand from Access and Energy Transition programs.
• Collaborate with the Foundations team to craft a unified narrative across priority focus areas by producing materials such as concise briefs, infographics, presentation decks highlighting core energy issues, visual content for online access, internal trainings or regional engagements, as well as blog and social media content in partnership with thematic leads.
• Develop and lead a Foundations webinar series highlighting connections across focus areas-for example, integrating gender perspectives into grid modernization or examining how social norms influence tariff policy design-to reinforce Foundations' cross-cutting innovative role within ESMAP.
