Location: NY/Chicago, IL/Atlanta, GAJob descriptionKey Responsibilities- Design, configure, and develop Duck Creek solutions across Policy, Rating, Forms (Manuscript), and Billing modules.
- Lead technical reviews, ensure architectural alignment, and mentor development teams.
- Drive complex debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis across Duck Creek components.
- Validate technical specifications and maintain SDLC traceability.
- Define and review test scope and artifacts supporting SIT, UAT, and defect triage.
- Support CI/CD automation improvements and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Install, configure, and maintain Duck Creek application servers and infrastructure across environments.
- Manage environment readiness, deployments, configuration migrations, and release activities.
- Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, logs, data flows, and performance issues.
- Monitor system health, document environments (topology, runbooks), and support RCA and remediation.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders during onboarding, rollouts, cutovers, and major environment changes.
Required / Preferred Skills- Strong experience with Duck Creek (Commercial Lines Insurance).
- Experience leading transformation and migration initiatives.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,000 - $120,000/Annum
