Job Description

We are seeking a candidate to fill a DotNet Developer role for a full stack developer. This position requires a mix of skills, background and an understanding of message based patterns. The candidate will be expected to quickly develop domain and project understanding and quickly contribute solutions that benefit the project in both the short and long term.

Responsibilities

  • Provide troubleshooting support to plants on existing installations throughout the region as an expert of the system
  • Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of Plant and Corporate personnel
  • Build productive relationships with Lear colleagues, and provide knowledge, support, and expertise
  • Work with other technology experts to develop, implement, and optimize the operating environment to best achieve business results
  • Support Automation initiatives from sequencing perspective
  • Travel when necessary, up to 50%, to support plant launched
  • Relational Database Experience (Microsoft, tSQL, Oracle pISQL)
  • DotNet Development Experience (C#, VB.NET)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
  • Motivated, self-starter that can actively listen, learn, and execute without much direction, but can also operate effectively as a team member
  • Positive attitude with the ability to stay professional and focused under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills with logical troubleshooting mindset
