  • Coordinate key program financial activities, including budgeting, invoicing, funding, balance sheet management, and monthly close, while ensuring alignment on financial performance, key assumptions, risks and opportunities, and required management actions.
  • Partner with Growth, Capture, Pricing, Contracts, and Operations on new business pursuits, providing financial insight, pricing strategy, business case analysis, and constructive challenge to support competitive and financially sound decisions.
  • Support the integration of new awards into Division financial plans, validating key assumptions related to staffing, revenue, profitability, cash flow, and execution risk.
  • Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to streamline financial processes, enhance business insights, and reduce manual administrative activities.
  • Managing a small team of business finance professional staff to ensure financial compliance, cost management, budget development and proposal support
  • Effectively communicate financial performance, emerging issues, and recommendations across organizational levels while responding to evolving business needs and driving issues through resolution.
