Responsibilities
- Responsible for giving direction to ensure that stores operating to all company standards including guest service, store look, promotional efforts, policy and procedure compliance, expense control and people development.
- Responsible for achieving district sales plan including giving clear direction to ensure plan is met, controlling expenses, and meeting company shrinkage goals.
- Responsible for visiting each store personally to assess store manager's performance and give direction to maximize results.
- Complete special projects (store remodels, openings, closing, etc).

Pay Range$80,000- $95,000
