Full Job Description
USESI is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic District Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple branch locations within the assigned district.
  • Drive sales growth, gross margin performance, profitability, and overall business results across all branches.
  • Develop and execute district business plans that align with organizational goals and growth objectives.
  • Monitor branch performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee inventory management, asset protection, and operational efficiency to maximize profitability.
  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management efforts to build high-performing teams.
  • Foster employee development and succession planning by identifying and developing future leaders.
  • Partner with branch managers to establish goals, improve operational processes, and share best practices across locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and employee relations practices.
  • Support and execute marketing, promotional, and business development initiatives within the district.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and assist with the planning and successful opening of new branch locations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, customer service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:
