Qualifications

• Significant experience in finalizing settlement terms and drafting long-form agreements.
• Experience drafting motions for class action approval.
• Strong writing and research skills essential for case documentation.
• Meticulous attention to detail is critical.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills required.
• Willingness to commute to or relocate to Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

• Finalize settlement terms in Motions of Understanding (MOUs).
• Transform MOUs into comprehensive long-form settlement agreements.
• Assist in drafting motions for both preliminary and final approval of settlements.
• Write declarations supporting settlement approvals.
• Collaborate with the settlement administrator to complete the administration report.
• Aid in composing settlement agreements as needed.
• Communicate with clients regarding settlements and necessary information.
• Coordinate with third-party administrators to ensure compliance with settlement terms.
