  • Continuously improve measurement frameworks to assess organizational effectiveness, delivery health, and strategic progress.
  • Use data, insights, and performance trends to guide leadership decisions and drive course correction.

Roadmap Governance & Portfolio Management
  • Drive end-to-end technology roadmap management across multiple engineering, platform, and product organizations.
  • Create portfolio-level visibility into investments, dependencies, milestones, delivery commitments, and resource constraints.
  • Ensure roadmap prioritization aligns with business objectives, technical strategy, customer impact, and capacity.
  • Enable effective trade-off discussions through data-driven insights, executive-ready recommendations, and clear decision options.
  • Identify synergies, overlaps, duplicative efforts, and areas of waste across program tracks and portfolios.

Executive Operating Rhythms & Business Reviews

  • Own and continuously evolve executive reporting and operating mechanisms, including:
    • Weekly Business Reviews
    • Monthly Business Reviews
    • Quarterly Business Reviews
    • Annual planning and strategy reviews
    • Executive scorecards and dashboards
  • Drive high-quality narratives, insights, and decision-focused reviews that enable leadership action.
  • Standardize reporting frameworks while balancing organizational flexibility, scale, and maturity.

  • Create mechanisms that improve leadership visibility and accelerate decision-making across complex programs.

Program Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs that are critical to strategic technology and business objectives.
  • Establish governance models, escalation paths, execution frameworks, and operating cadences across multiple organizations.
  • Drive operational rigor through planning rhythms, dependency management, risk mitigation, milestone tracking, and delivery governance.
  • Define and improve scalable, measurable, and repeatable workflows across cross-functional teams.
  • Dynamically reassess and refine roadmaps, helping teams navigate change and return at-risk programs to a path to green.
  • Champion continuous improvement of organizational processes, delivery mechanisms, and ways of working.

Domain Knowledge & Business Impact
