Minimum qualifications: - 15 years of experience in software development.

Responsibilities - Define and own the long-term technical vision and strategy that drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability across Google's user-facing products and services.
- Work with executive stakeholders with a focus on Ads, Search, Geo, YouTube, and Platforms and Devices to understand, align, and improve reliability challenges and needs.
- Direct the development and safe adoption of AI-enabled tools to systemically reduce toil, up-level incident response, and detect user pain points.
- Help lead the transformation of SRE toward AI-first production practices.
- Identify classes of issues (e.g., change safety, failure domain isolation) and methods to prioritize and address in a constrained environment, influencing teams to align and deliver.
