Overview

As aDisruption Designer, you will be responsible for guiding government clients through our Design Intelligence14 framework;incorporating human-centeredand design thinkingmethods tofocus on the people impacted by transformation and change engaging them to embrace and adapt to new ways of working while identifying and mitigating areas of resistance.

Contributions

Responsibilities

  • Participatein all aspects of discovery tounderstandclient missionandgoals;stakeholders,usersand their ecosystems;current state journeys;user segments;program, project, and transformationobjectives
  • Conduct workshops and interviews toframe pain pointsandopportunities;define problem statements anddeterminechange readinessand areas ofresistance
  • Synthesizeresearchanddataand craft compelling storiesand presentationsto communicate insightsand recommendationsthat will shapetransformation andchange enablement
  • Develop and deploy communication plans, pilot plans, and training plansin partnership with key stakeholders and their customers
  • Developand deploychange management plans that articulate actionable recommendations for organizational and workflow improvement
  • Develop, deploy, and measure key performance indicatorsfortransformation andadoption
  • Collaborate and communicate stakeholder and user needs on a cross functional team within an agile environment
  • Understand and embrace the specifications and constraints of a given technology, platform and/or operational environmentand understand howchange managementshould be integrated into technological considerations

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience inchange management andwell-versedinchangemanagement best practices and models
  • Demonstrated experience in current state assessments,future statevisioningand communication planning
  • Demonstrated experienceconductinguserand stakeholder interviews and synthesizing data and insights into personas, action, and training plans
  • A natural curiosity for solving problems coupled with strong analytical skills
  • A collaborative nature with excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience workingin aproject-based environment
  • Degree, equivalent experience, and/or certification in change management

  • Previouswork experience as a consultant
