Full Job Description
Position Purpose:
Works with partners at Citibank to provide strategic direction in the design, development, and implementation of all credit risk and underwriting strategies related to Home Depot's private label credit products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 25% Lead team of Associates which works with Citi to proactively provide strategic direction and tactical input into the development and implantation of risk strategies and related policies and procedures which support continued sales growth and portfolio profitability across all private label credit products.
  • 25% Monitor strategy and portfolio performance trends and recommend changes to improve performance.
  • Monitor industry and economic trends to assess impacts to private label portfolio.
  • 25% Oversee the development and execution of detailed project plans, utilizing project management and people management skills to ensure timely completion and flawless execution.
  • Represent THD in any Credit Policy contract negotiations with current or potential partners.
  • 25% Lead the Line Accommodation Program Committee
  • May include managing a staff of direct reports or associates of financial partner to deliver strategic projects that have P&L implications

Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
  • This position reports to VP, Credit Services.
  • This position has 2 Direct Reports

Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
