What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Director, Technology Operations, leads the strategic planning and execution of technology programs to support organizational objectives. This role oversees Executive communication ,financial management, program monitoring, and risk mitigation while fostering collaboration across multiple business units. The director drives continuous improvement initiatives, aligns technology strategies with business goals, and influences stakeholder decisions through clear communication and data-driven insights. By managing resources effectively and promoting operational excellence, this position ensures the delivery of high-impact technology solutions that enhance business performance and support long-term growth.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale technology programs aligned with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure optimal delivery and return on investment.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units to influence and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable technology strategies and oversee their implementation.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful program outcomes.
