Architecture & Technology Leadership
  • Set direction and provide hands-on leadership across system and software architecture, including services, applications and databases.
  • Ensure high-quality technical documentation and project artifacts.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection and implementation of new technologies, systems and solutions.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement by identifying and leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning).
  • Oversee secure software development and release management processes, including code reviews, comprehensive testing and resource allocation across multiple product platforms.
  • Evaluate and continuously monitor the application portfolio to identify opportunities for improvement, modernization and transformation.

Application & Platform Management
  • Provide ongoing management of business applications including BizTalk, SQL and Oracle databases, Salesforce, web services/API management, .NET solutions, and EDI/FTP integrations.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution to minimize disruption to business operations.

People Leadership & Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, business leaders, and key technology partners to support enterprise priorities.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, proactive communication and shared accountability across engineering, architecture and QA teams.
  • Lead a team of high performers by setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting employee development through regular evaluations and growth opportunities.
