Full Job Description
The Director, Global Supply Chain Planning Excellence is responsible for defining and leading the global inventory strategy, planning governance model, network optimization and continuous improvement initiatives that drive service performance, working capital optimization, and operational excellence across a global footprint.
This position reports to the Global Planning and Material Management Director and is part of the Global Supply Chain organization and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Lead global inventory strategy across raw materials, WIP and finished goods
• Own SAP planning governance and master data policy
• Drive network optimization and global planning standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing COE team
• Partner with senior leadership to drive transformation initiatives
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or related field
• 10+ years' experience in supply chain leadership roles
• Expert knowledge of SAP planning systems
• Experience leading global transformation initiatives using change management models
• Experience managing and developing teams
It would be a plus if you also possess:
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
• APICS or similar certification

The annual salary range for this role is $175,000-$190,000.
This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
