Role DescriptionThe Director of Strategic Programs (DSP) owns and leads cross-functional strategic and tactical initiatives from planning through completion, with focused execution and diligent follow-through. The role blends analyst, coordinator, and program manager, and supports one or more departments. The DSP drives company-wide initiatives, strengthens internal operations, and leads meaningful change by proactively managing and monitoring cross-departmental projects that create long-term business value.
