We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Solution Architect, to join our Foundational Frameworks platform. This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Define and drive enterprise solution architecture strategy aligned to business goals and technology roadmaps.
  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions across the organization.
  • Establish and govern architecture standards, frameworks, best practices, and design disciplines across the enterprise.
  • Provide strategic guidance on complex architecture, data, and technology initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate delivery, maximize the value of enterprise data assets, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop architecture talent while managing resources, budgets, and priorities to achieve strategic objectives.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in technology and architecture roles required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment and build consensus across stakeholders and teams.
  • Proven ability to make effective decisions and navigate complex challenges in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
