Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Delivery Practitioner to join our Enterprise Transformation team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex delivery initiatives for a defined group of products, services, or clients by applying structured delivery methodologies, risk-aware planning, disciplined scope management, and rigorous status tracking to achieve agreed outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure integrated delivery outcomes by facilitating clear communication, aligning on objectives and deliverables, managing interdependencies, and driving timely issue escalation and resolution.
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously improve delivery standards, playbooks, tools, and metrics for the assigned portfolio by leveraging best practices, lessons learned, and data-driven insights to enhance predictability, quality, control, and efficiency of delivery.
  • Monitor delivery performance, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio by using quantitative and qualitative measures; develop and implement corrective or preventive actions to ensure commitments to clients and internal stakeholders are met in line with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
