  • Partner with the systems team to ensure GTM processes, reporting, and workflows are effectively supported by the company's technology stack.
  • Oversee commission operations, ensuring accurate and timely calculations, payouts, governance, and reporting.
  • Manage and develop a Revenue Operations team member focused on commissions administration and operational execution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders, using data, analysis, and business judgment to identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and scalability.

You Have:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate decision-making, and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience building executive-level reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and decision-support analyses.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Experience partnering with Salesforce administrators, CRM engineering teams, or business systems teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience managing and developing team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent business, finance, or analytical background preferred.
