I. Job Summary

Directs the development and implementations of enterprise-wide Revenue Management strategic plans.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops Revenue Management as a strategic capability by maintaining focus and ensuring proper resource allocation.
  • Leads the company PI strategy across all segments and lines of business, partnering with other revenue management functions to effectively incorporate customer lifetime value analytics into business process.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing business process to realize the value of critical decision-making technologies.
  • Works with sales leadership to manage Rollbacks, helping the company achieve overall Net PI goals while also supporting sales in balancing Lost business and Defection goals.
  • Works with Market Area leadership teams to establish and implement pricing guidelines focused on maximizing value of tools, process, and analytics.
  • Works as an integral member of the Corporate Revenue Management team to develop pricing strategies and implementation plans and directs the execution of these plans.
  • Counsels leaders as to execution of programs, and when necessary provides direction for modification in work plans or implementation of contingency plans in accordance with prevailing business conditions.
  • Directs and coordinates the implementation of emerging pricing tools.
  • Monitors market conditions, pricing trends, and the effectiveness of pricing actions.
  • Addresses pricing issues pertinent to revenue growth and retention efforts.
  • Develops operating unit budget in a timely manner, forecasting financial and human resource needs for future time periods.

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Finance, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years work experience
  • 10+ years previous work experience.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $137,200-$208955. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location."
