Qualifications
8+ experience in digital with heavy programmatic and direct media skills - equal parts technically savvy and strategic
Deep Technical expertise on all things data and digital.
Provides omni-channel perspective and know-how. While a core deep digital expertise is critical, be able to apply across channels to off/online mediums
Comes from a place of core/native Digital and data centricity.
Strong technical knowhow/implementation as well as high level strategy and creative tactics as well as vertical/horizontal (across mediums, marketing etc.)
Passionate about changes in the marketplace and eager to share updates regularly to inform clients and be a 'go-to' resource on all things media
Highly responsive to crucial demands/requests
Confident in building strong relationship with key clients as the thought leader in the programmatic space
Responsibilities
Lead Programmatic strategy for agency partners, developing recommendations, learning agendas, and strategic testing across the programmatic ecosystem.
Partner with Omnicom Center of Excellence to develop and improve ways of working and points-of-view on channel innovation.
Drive Programmatic thought leadership within the holistic process in partnership with agency activation team.
Focus on programmatic innovation and be a champion for the program. Support agency partners and activation team in building strong holistic campaigns that lean into channel best practices and drives innovation.
Develop programmatic activation strategy across channels and buy types to deliver on agency partner goals.
Review of new solutions and partners as applicable.
Lead and develop Playbook, Roadmap, Learning Agenda and Engagement Model for the Programmatic channel.
Supports programmatic adoption across the agency.
Updates SME on new developments across advertiser operating models.
Help to identify and lead/pilot innovative opportunities (e.g. advanced TV, cross-channel planning, etc.).
Co-Lead quarterly partner Programmatic performance reviews & education sessions
Responsible for growing the programmatic knowledge and skill set across OMD.
Works in facilitating training and knowledge share across IM & agency with SME counterpart.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
