We are currently seeking a Director, Program Manager - Remote in US to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). The Program Manager Director serves as both a strategic program leader and people leader, responsible for the successful delivery of complex IT services programs while developing and leading high-performing teams. This role partners closely with client executives and key stakeholders to ensure programs are aligned with the client's mission, values, strategic objectives, and desired business outcomes. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, cultivate strong client relationships, develop talent, and lead teams that consistently deliver measurable value, innovation, and customer success. Program & Delivery Leadership • Lead and deliver large-scale IT services programs across multiple technology domains, including Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, End User Computing, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Managed Services. • Develop and oversee integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful execution and business outcomes. • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders across client, business, technology, operations, and delivery organizations to achieve program objectives. • Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to client executives, delivery leaders, and key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and fostering strong partnerships. • Establish and drive program governance, including executive reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, change control, and escalation processes. • Monitor program performance, proactively addressing risks, issues, and delivery challenges while implementing corrective actions when necessary. • Lead program execution in complex, matrixed environments, ensuring alignment with business priorities, contractual commitments, and organizational goals. • Partner with client leadership to align program strategies, priorities, and outcomes with the organization's mission, values, strategic objectives, and long-term technology roadmap. • Translate client goals and transformation initiatives into actionable delivery strategies that drive measurable business value, innovation, and customer success. • Support enterprise change management, technology modernization, and operational improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and organizational effectiveness. • Drive a customer-centric approach to program delivery by incorporating client expectations, values, and success measures into decision-making and execution. • Champion continuous improvement and delivery excellence through optimized processes, operational efficiencies, and best practices. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and established delivery standards. People Leadership & Team Management • Lead, develop, and manage a team of program managers, project managers, coordinators, and delivery professionals, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-focused culture. • Provide coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development support while building organizational capability and preparing future leaders. • Align team objectives, priorities, and performance expectations with client goals, organizational values, and strategic business outcomes. • Establish clear goals, accountability measures, and success metrics to ensure consistent delivery excellence and program results. • Support workforce planning, resource allocation, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to meet current and future business needs. • Promote employee engagement, inclusion, continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence across the team. • Coach team members on developing trusted client relationships and gaining an understanding of client missions, priorities, values, and measures of success. • Partner with senior leadership to strengthen delivery capabilities, improve program management maturity, and drive organizational effectiveness. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and executive stakeholders to influence outcomes, resolve challenges, and achieve successful business results. • Lead by example, reinforcing accountability, collaboration, integrity, customer focus, and a commitment to delivering value for both the organization and its clients. Basic Qualifications • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale IT programs, portfolios, or technology delivery initiatives across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.( Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, End User Computing, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Managed Services) • 5+ years of experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing program, project, or delivery teams. • Proven expertise in program planning, governance, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery management. • Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments and coordinating multiple technical and operational workstreams. • Strong background managing risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and escalations. • Experience partnering with executive, client, and delivery leadership stakeholders. • Demonstrated experience hiring, mentoring, developing, and managing high-performing teams. • Skilled in developing executive presentations, status reporting, and governance communications. • Proficiency with program and project management methodologies, tools, and reporting processes. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive successful outcomes across complex programs. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting healthcare clients or provider organizations is Highly preferred. • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience managing Managed Services programs and digital transformation initiatives. • Familiarity with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, End User Computing, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Service Management domains. • Experience leading enterprise-wide, multi-functional technology programs. • Proven track record driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing resources across multiple locations. • Demonstrated success building organizational capability, developing talent, and creating high-performing teams. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $116,700 - $207,600. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
