Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Product Management to lead our product management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies that align with our company's goals. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of product management principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in our Nashua, NH office depending on location.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the product management team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and data to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver product metrics and reports to senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.


Requirements

Compensation

Our Compensations range for this role ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 annually, and is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
