Director, Print Consumer Services Finance

Description -

Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading the finance efforts for Print Consumer Services growth and expansion. This includes overseeing the team responsible for day to day category management, specifically for Instant Services, Print All-In Plan, and smaller incubation businesses such as AI Solutions and the HP App. In this role you will work directly with third-party teams such as our external auditors, HP's CFR org, and others to consult on technical requirements for designing and launching new businesses. The role develops and maintains financial policies, ensuring strategic alignment, and serves as a key advisor to executive management.

Responsibilities
• Leads all finance responsibilities for the Consumer Services growth and expansion initiatives. Also oversees a team of finance leads who directly own the CSS Category responsibilities.
• Develops and leads planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of the organization's finance initiatives within area of accountability across the organization.
• Allocates financial and human capital for programs and projects and ensures timely and effective delivery of financial programs.
• Drives process improvement and policy development projects that have a significant impact on the function's efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversees and manages extensive external vendor relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration and optimized services.
• Leads implementation of business-wide programs and products, playing a pivotal role in their integration and deployment across the organization.
• Develops and maintains policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent framework is applied across the company for all financial and tracking metrics.
• Oversees operational success, aligns strategies, integrates activities with major organizational functions, and owns numerous measurable goals.
• Serves as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business, while also developing organizational policies and authorizing their implementation.
• Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
