The Opportunity

As a Finance Transformation - Working Capital, Director, you will specialize in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management, and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyze financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

- Leading strategic financial consulting initiatives to optimize client financial performance and decision-making
- Developing and implementing financial strategies for capital structure optimization and liquidity management
- Analyzing financial needs and providing guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
