Job Summary

The Director, Precision Implementation & Customer Success, will be responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing management of signed PatientPoint Precision partners. This role serves as the central point of coordination across internal operational teams to ensure proper technical setup, seamless execution, delivery excellence, fulfillment of contractual obligations, and ongoing relationship management. This leader should be extremely familiar with the healthtech space including intake portals, EHR data and other patient experience software.

This leader will play a critical role in translating partnership agreements into execution, ensuring deals are successfully launched, managed, and optimized from both a technical and business perspective to drive long-term value for both PatientPoint and its partners.

This is a highly cross-functional position requiring strong accountability, internal collaboration, external partner management and influence in a matrixed environment.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of newly signed Precision partnership agreements.
  • Serve as key POC with partners to discuss topics ranging from technical setups to business performance and revenue.
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for partnership execution and account management.
  • Coordinate across Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure contractual commitments are delivered on time and at high quality.
  • Translate contractual terms into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Manage execution of those steps through to successful completion.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks and operational challenges.
  • Monitor performance against contract terms and partnership objectives; escalate issues as needed.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth launches and ongoing execution.
  • Support renewal and expansion efforts by maintaining strong partner relationships and demonstrating execution excellence.
  • Establish repeatable processes and best practices to scale partnership implementation as the business grows.

What We Need
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, operations, program management, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience implementing health care technology products with portals, EHR companies, etc.
  • Experience implementing complex contracts or multi-functional initiatives.
  • Understanding of fundamental digital advertising principles and technologies.
  • Understanding of partner revshare business models and associated processes.
