Full Job Description
Lead the company's demand planning and IBP processes to create a single, aligned plan across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain. Drive forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and proactive risk management while balancing customer service and financial performance. Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities, resolve constraints, and enable informed business decisions.

Accountabilities:

  • Demand planning and forecast accuracy tied to a consensus demand plan across all facets of the business
  • Ensure a robust monthly IBP cycle that ensure end to end connectivity from commercial to supply chain
  • Facilitate and influence the development of Executive roll ups needed to ensure business decisions are made swiftly
  • Drive alignment though executive scorecards that ensure focus on key initiatives
  • Establish planning standard and lead a team for DP/IBP/Systems


Key Metrics & Financial Targets:

Depletion and shipment forecast accuracy

Forecast BIAS

Customer Service Levels

Own:

  • End to end IBP & S&OP process
  • Executive level build of S&OP materials
  • Shipment forecast accuracy


Influence:

  • Supply planning decisions
  • Commercial roll out planning


Critical Relationships:

  • Logistics, All Supply Chain Functions, Commercial, MASI and Commercial Finance, Business Process Improvement


Skills Needed To Be Successful:

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on executive level presentations
  • Strategic mindset to ensure IBP process is robust, effective, and value add
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, providing meaningful insights to a diverse audience of peers & team stakeholders
  • 10+ years in DP and IBP roles showing continued growth and leadership


  • Compensation:
    Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
    • Competitive annual salary $181,000 - $210,000 in Chicago, IL
