THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a newly created, senior leadership role responsible for building and owning the global physical product security strategy across the company's collectible trading card business. The Director will define how the organization protects its products - from ideation and product development, through manufacturing, packing and distribution, retail, and vaulting operations - and will serve as the internal authority on product security risk, standards, and execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Design and implement a comprehensive global physical product security framework covering product design and anti-counterfeiting measures, manufacturing, packing, warehousing, shipping and fulfillment, and proprietary retail.
• Partner on loss prevention strategy across all channels, with accountability for shrinkage targets globally.
• Develop and enforce product security standards, policies, and operating procedures across all regions.
• Partner with supply chain, operations, retail, and e-commerce leadership to embed security controls into business processes without disrupting commercial performance.
• Build a comprehensive anti-counterfeiting program.
• Lead threat and risk assessments - including on third-party manufacturing, counterfeiting, product tampering, pack searching, internal theft, and organized retail crime.
• Report regularly to the VP of Global Security and senior leadership on risk posture, incidents, and strategic initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING
• 10+ years in physical security, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role within a high-value consumer goods, luxury product, collectibles, technology, or comparable environment.
• Proven track record designing and executing enterprise-wide product security programs across multiple geographies.
• Strong ability to identify security risks across product lifecycles - from ideation through manufacturing, packing, shipping and retail - and propose practical solutions for risk mitigation.
• Deep expertise in anti-counterfeiting.
• Deep expertise in loss prevention and supply chain security.
• Strong cross-functional influencer - able to align security objectives with business priorities.
• Experience managing global teams across diverse regulatory and cultural environments.
• Certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, with occasional travel up to 75%.
