Full Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY

We're looking for a People Experience (PX) Director to partner directly with our Digital organizations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting global leaders in shaping workforce strategies, driving transformation, and strengthening colleague engagement. You'll act as a trusted partner, navigating both strategic priorities and everyday people needs across a highly critical enterprise function.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with Digital leaders to deliver practical, business-focused PX solutions.
  • Support key priorities: cost optimization, digital transformation, and organizational change.
  • Build leadership and manager effectiveness through coaching and targeted development.
  • Lead engagement and cultural initiatives to support a high-performing, connected workforce.
  • Drive talent planning, succession management, and career development discussions.
  • Apply workforce analytics and data insights to inform strategies and decisions.
  • Use AI and digital tools to simplify processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Interfacing with regional and local PX to deliver business strategy through market-compliant, globally coordinated efforts.
  • Collaborate with PX Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute enterprise people programs.
  • Manage day-to-day organizational matters, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Serve as an employee experience advocate while balancing operational business needs.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
