We're Hiring: Director, Technology Services
Fayetteville, Arkansas | Walton Arts Center & Walmart AMP

Walton Arts Center/Walmart AMP is looking for a Director, Technology Services to provide strategic leadership across two dynamic performing arts venues in Northwest Arkansas.

This is an opportunity for a technology leader who can think strategically, build strong partnerships, and turn emerging technology into practical solutions.

What You'll Lead
Technology Strategy: Develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
Data & Analytics: Strengthen reporting, dashboards, business intelligence, and the effective use of data across ticketing, fundraising, finance, marketing, patron, venue, and operational systems.
Artificial Intelligence: Lead the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve productivity, decision-making, patron engagement, content creation, and organizational effectiveness.
Vendor & Technology Operations: Manage relationships with managed service providers, consultants, and technology partners while ensuring reliable, responsive service.
Technology Governance & Risk: Oversee cybersecurity, data privacy, business continuity, technology risk, and responsible AI practices.
Change & Adoption: Partner with teams to successfully implement and adopt new technology and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a strategic and practical technology leader with:
• 7+ years of progressively responsible technology experience
• Experience with technology strategy, operations, enterprise applications, data/analytics, or project leadership
• Experience managing outsourced technology providers and holding vendors accountable
• Strong ability to translate complex technology issues into clear business recommendations
• Experience with data platforms, analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled tools
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud services, Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, data privacy, and technology risk
• Strong communication, project leadership, and change-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in performing arts, live entertainment, sports, hospitality, nonprofit, retail, or another customer-facing, high-availability environment is a plus.
