Description The Role. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to build and lead our Sales Operations team as we scale a repeatable, high-performing sales engine. In this role, you will build the operational backbone for both our Sales and Account Management organizations, spanning sales process optimization, target setting and commission management, performance reporting, and sales enablement and training. Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will work closely with our regional sales leaders and partner across Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product to enhance sales productivity and selling effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth.
Your success in this role will be measured by tangible improvements across our sales engine, including higher seller productivity, sharper forecast accuracy, stronger pipeline visibility and quality, faster new-hire ramp time, and more effective enablement programs. We are looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with limited oversight. You will bring credibility with sales leadership and the confidence to establish and uphold operating standards, while using sound judgment to navigate ambiguity and build structure in a high-growth environment.
Your Mission - You will build and lead a high-performing Sales Operations team, recruiting top talent and creating an environment where people can do their best work and grow their careers.

- Partner with our Sales leadership and Revenue Operations teams to establish targets at both the team and individual seller level.
- Own pipeline discipline from top of funnel through retention, including stage definitions, exit criteria, hygiene standards, and ongoing inspection with sales leadership.
- Own our sales performance reporting across pipeline coverage and velocity, stage conversion, win rates, ramp and rep productivity, and quota attainment.
- Design our sales commission plans and oversee commission calculations, administration, and tracking.
- Direct ICP refinement and targeted prospect coverage, translating conversion and retention data into actionable strategies for how our teams go to market.
- Lead our operating cadence with regional Sales and Account Management leaders, reviewing performance against targets, funnel efficiency, and rep productivity and driving the actions that follow.
- Own CRM adoption and data discipline across Sales and Account Management, partnering with Revenue Operations on platform design, optimization, and change management.
- Lead our sales enablement agenda, including onboarding, training, sales methodology, plays, and our collateral library, while partnering with Marketing and Product on client-facing materials.
- Own our voice-of-customer channel, synthesizing insights from the field to help inform Product, Marketing, and Pricing decisions.
What You'll Bring - You have 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within a high-growth organization in FX payments.
- A proven track record of building the operational foundations of a sales organization, including sales processes, pipeline discipline, target setting, and commission structures.
- Strong CRM fluency, ideally with HubSpot, and a strong understanding of how process design influences data quality, adoption, and sales effectiveness.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to diagnose funnel, conversion, and seller productivity challenges through data, along with the willingness to work hands-on with sales data.
- Experience building or leading sales enablement programs, including onboarding, training, and new-hire ramp programs.
- Credibility with sales leadership and the confidence to establish and uphold operating standards across the organization.
- Sound business judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
