Full Job Description
Description

The Role. At Xe, we are building a repeatable, scalable sales model, and we are looking for a hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to help bring that model to life across our SDR, BDM, and Account Management teams. In this role, you will build the tools, training, and coaching programs that help our sales teams execute more consistently and effectively every day.

You will create playbooks, scripts, onboarding materials, and sales assets, coach reps directly, and measure the impact of your work against pipeline and performance outcomes. You will also own the voice of the customer for our sales organization, capturing and synthesizing what our teams hear in the market and turning those insights into actionable feedback for Product, Marketing, and Pricing. Working closely with our Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams, you will translate commercial priorities, customer insight, and product launches into practical tools and programs that our sales teams can use.

You will own the full enablement lifecycle, from identifying where our teams are struggling, to building the right solution, to measuring whether it worked. Your success in this role will be reflected in faster ramp times, stronger and more consistent execution across SDRs, BDMs, and Account Managers, higher adoption of enablement programs, and a clear connection between your work and pipeline performance.

Your Mission
  • You will build and maintain our sales enablement toolkit, including playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, call scripts, email messaging, and other resources aligned to our priority customer segments.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for our SDRs, BDMs, and Account Managers.
  • Train and support our sales teams on HubSpot CRM standards and best practices, helping improve data quality, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Analyze call performance, win/loss data, pipeline trends, and rep performance to identify gaps and translate those findings into targeted coaching, training, and enablement assets.
  • Coach reps directly through 1:1 sessions, live call reviews, pipeline reviews, and other practical development opportunities.
  • Pilot new content, training, and coaching approaches, measure their effectiveness, and scale successful programs across our sales organization.
  • Own our key enablement metrics, including ramp time, onboarding completion, training participation, asset adoption, and the impact of enablement programs on win rates and quota attainment.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to build client-facing sales assets and deliver training programs aligned to upcoming product launches, positioning changes, and commercial priorities.
  • Maintain our sales asset library and ensure materials remain relevant, accurate, and easy for our teams to access and use.
  • Own the voice-of-customer program for our sales organization, capturing insights from Sales and Account Management around loss reasons, product gaps, competitive dynamics, and pricing pressure.
  • Translate field insights into recurring, actionable feedback for Product, Marketing, and Pricing, and incorporate those learnings into our playbooks, scripts, training, and coaching programs.

What You Bring
  • You have at least 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or a related commercial, sales operations, or revenue enablement role.
  • A proven track record of building and delivering hands-on sales enablement programs, tools, and assets.
  • Experience working with a CRM platform, ideally HubSpot, and a strong understanding of how CRM discipline supports pipeline management and sales performance.
  • Experience coaching sales professionals 1:1 and leading live call reviews, pipeline reviews, or other hands-on coaching sessions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through conversion, account growth, and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use sales and performance data to identify gaps and determine where enablement can have the greatest impact.
  • A proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and other teams to efficiently deliver commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working in outbound-heavy or SDR/BDM-led sales organizations within payments and FX.
  • Experience in cross-border payments, money transfer, fintech, financial services, or payments is required.

Perks & Benefits (US)
  • Inclusive, mission-driven workplace culture.
  • Competitive salary and incentive.
  • Paid vacation + personal days + sick time + holidays.
  • Health, dental, vision and life insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Global Language Program offering language learning opportunities.
  • Wellness initiatives supporting physical, mental, and financial well-being.
  • Learning, development, and tuition assistance programs.
  • A chance to grow your career in a mission-driven global company.
