OverviewThe Director of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for driving occupancy and revenue goals across multiple campuses. This position oversees all sales and leasing activities, leads a high-performing team, and ensures a personalized, prospect-centered approach to every interaction. The Director of Sales collaborates closely with marketing and operations to align strategies and deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting performance standards and fostering a positive culture.
- Implement the Prospect-Centered Sales® model using Aline® CRM for personalized engagement.
- Manage leasing activities from initial contact through move-in, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and lead generation strategies.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and forecasts for leadership.
- Represent Fellowship Square at community events and maintain strong relationships with prospects and families.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
- 3–5 years of management experience leading and developing sales teams in a senior living environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Aline® experience a plus).
