Director of Sales and Services Industry: Telecom Infrastructure, Data Centers & Energy Storage SystemsAlamon, Inc. is seeking a growth-minded, strategic and results-driven Director of Sales & Services to help lead and scale our material sales, equipment sales, and service operations across communication, utility, and data center markets. In this hands-on role, you will drive revenue growth, manage key customer and vendor relationships, and optimize service execution. We are looking for a growth-minded leader with a strong ownership mentality, a proven track record of closing complex deals, and the ability to build high-performing teams and scalable business processes.
Position Summary:The Director of Sales & Services will be responsible for assisting in leading and scaling the company's material, equipment sales and service operations across mission critical, utility, communication, and datacenter markets. This role drives revenue growth and manages key customer and vendor relationships and assists in efficient execution of service operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Sales Strategy- Develop and execute sales strategies for communication materials, battery systems, data center infrastructure, and energy storage solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across communication carriers, data centers, utilities, EPC firms, and infrastructure providers
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
- Assist in developing pricing strategies to maximize gross profit and market competitiveness
- Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline across all target sectors
Sales Leadership & Execution- Lead, coach, and develop sales and service teams to achieve performance targets
- Establish KPIs, sales targets, and accountability structures
- Participate in and support high-value deals and strategic negotiations
- Assist in the review of contracts to include MSA's, and vendor agreements.
Customer & Account Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with communication providers, data center, utility, and industrial clients
- Manage key accounts and contracts to ensure long-term partnerships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner
Service Operations Oversight- Align sales commitments with operational capabilities and delivery timelines
- Assist in the continuous improvement in service efficiency, quality, and execution
Financial Management- Own and manage full P&L responsibilities
- Monitor revenue, margins, and cost performance
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
CRM & Systems Management- Utilize CRM to manage pipeline, reporting, and forecasting
- Ensure accurate data management and sales reporting
- Improve workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10+ years of relevant industry experience
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience
- Proven success in business development and revenue growth roles
- Experience working with OEMs, distributors, or channel partners
- Experience selling into large enterprise or strategic accounts
- Strong financial acumen
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with DC power systems, UPS, battery technologies, or energy storage solutions

Compensation- Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus tied to revenue and margin growth
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to climb a ladder and work at heights.
- Be able to work in tight spaces and stairwells.
- Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at a time.
- Must be able to ride in a vehicle for extended periods of time to travel to and from job sites.
- Ability to work in different temperatures and through changing weather conditions.
- Must be able to traverse all areas of the Jobsite. This may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
- Ability to clearly distinguish colors, shades, and brightness when working with multi-colored cablings such as twisted pair copper and fiber optic cable.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and use practical judgment while working through job assignments.
Work Environment:- This position requires visiting Alamon customer site facilities nationwide, travel is required.
- Must be able to work in enterprise, educational, warehouse, and manufacturing settings.
- Indoor and outdoor work will be based off the scope of the contract.
- Exposure to dust, odors, gases, vapors, varying noise levels, and wet or slick surfaces may be possible.
- When appropriate, wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with Company standards and governmental regulations.
Travel Requirements:- Lodging and transportation is covered by the company when traveling and staying overnight for work when required.

Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
